Anita Briem and Anisa Butt
Anita Briem hails from Iceland. The most popular character she has played is Hannah who she was in Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008) and her role as Jane Seymour in the TV show The Tudors. Briem began her acting journey when she was 9 years old at the National Theater in Iceland. When she was a young actress she participated in various plays in radio and television shows in her home country of Iceland. Briem aged 16 relocated to London and participated in an production called Lenin In Love for The New End Theater. At 19 years of age, Briem was accepted at the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, where she studied for the next three years. It was here that she earned a degree in drama and also won the John Barton Prize in the category of Scenic Fight.
